1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Agency Companion mobile app ("the app"), provided by Agency Scripts ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What the app is

Agency Companion is a free companion app for iOS, iPadOS, macOS and Android for the in-game tools used on FiveM / GTA V roleplay game servers running Agency Scripts. After pairing with a game server, it lets you view and interact with your in-game character's features (such as the phone/pad, banking, doors, elevators, reports and admin tools) from your real device. It also includes a built-in Help & Support ticket system (shared with our website help.agencyg.de) with an AI assistant and human team. The companion features are a tool for fictional in-game roleplay; any "money", "bank", "cards" or similar features refer to fictional in-game roleplay content only.

3. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial roleplay use. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app.

4. Pairing and authorised use

• You may only pair with, and access, game servers and characters that you are authorised to use.
• The pairing token identifies a device to a game server. It never grants administrative rights by itself — every privileged action is re-validated by the game server against your existing in-game permissions.
• You must not use the app to gain unauthorised access, impersonate other players or staff, or circumvent a server's rules or permission system.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the app, its pairing tokens, or our relay service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• attack, overload, probe or abuse the relay service (api.agencyg.de) or any game server;
• use the app for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
• upload malware or illegal, infringing or abusive content through the support system.

6. Game servers and in-game content

The in-game content you view (messages, contacts, balances, doors, etc.) comes from, belongs to, and is controlled by the third-party game server you choose to pair with. We do not own or control that content or those servers, and we are not responsible for the conduct, availability, rules or moderation decisions of any server or its operators.

7. Support, AgencyAI and your content

Support is optional. If you open a support ticket (in the app or on help.agencyg.de) you sign in with Discord, Apple or Google and may send messages and attach images or files. You agree to:

• only upload content you are allowed to share, that is relevant to your request, and that is not illegal, malicious (e.g. malware) or infringing;
• not put sensitive real-world data (passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs) into a ticket;
• use support in good faith and not to spam, abuse or attack the service.

AgencyAI answers are generated automatically with the help of AI services and are provided for convenience; they may be incomplete or wrong, are not professional or legal advice, and you should verify anything important. A human team member can take over a ticket. Where a ticket concerns a paid script, we may require you to verify your purchase (Tebex transaction ID) before human help. If you share a ticket, anyone who opens the link and signs in can read and reply to it — share only with people you trust. We may close, lock or remove tickets that break these Terms, are opened in the wrong category to bypass verification, or are abusive. How support data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Agency Companion Pro & purchases

The app is free to download and use. Agency Companion Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks extra convenience features (such as multiple linked characters and additional themes). On iOS/iPadOS/macOS it is offered as a one-time in-app purchase through Apple; on Android it may be unlocked via a licence obtained at shop.agencyg.de. It is not a subscription. Billing, taxes and refunds are handled by the relevant platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) under their terms; please direct refund requests to that platform.

9. Third-party terms

Your download and use through an app store is also subject to that store's terms — the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (including Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement) or the Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable. Where those platform terms conflict with these Terms for the app obtained through that store, the platform terms prevail for the relevant part.

10. Availability and changes

We provide the app and relay on a best-effort basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and pairing codes/QRs are time-limited for security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of fictional in-game content, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health).

13. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by unpairing/logging out and uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

14. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your use of the app.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

18. Referral programme

The app may offer a referral programme that lets you unlock Agency Companion Pro at no charge when enough friends you invite start using the app on their own devices. Taking part is optional and free.

• Eligibility. Each invited friend counts once and must be a genuine, separate person using their own device and completing the steps shown in the app. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged.
• No abuse. You may not create fake accounts or devices, refer yourself, use bots or automation, or otherwise manipulate the programme. We use automated and manual checks - including a device identifier and IP-based rate limits - to detect abuse.
• Our rights. We may withhold, delay, review, revoke or reverse any reward we reasonably believe was obtained through abuse, error or a breach of these Terms, and we may change or end the programme at any time. When a reward is revoked, the corresponding Pro benefit ends.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to a reward you receive.

19. Refunds and cancellation

Agency Companion Pro bought through Apple or Google is billed by that platform; refund and cancellation requests for those purchases are handled under the platform's own terms, so please contact Apple or Google directly.

Where you buy a Pro licence directly from us at shop.agencyg.de and you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. Because Pro is digital content supplied immediately, by starting to use the unlocked Pro features you expressly ask us to begin at once and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the content has been supplied. This does not affect your other mandatory statutory rights.
