System Status

Agency Network Status

Real-time health for every public Agency service. This page refreshes automatically, if a site is down you'll see it here before the Discord goes wild.

What this page is for

This page shows whether the public Agency services are reachable right now: the shop, the documentation, the support centre and the sites behind the apps. It checks by itself and updates while you are looking at it, so a red entry here means the problem is on our side and you can stop looking for it on yours.

How it works

  1. Step 1:

Look at the service you are actually using. Each one is checked on its own, and a shop outage says nothing about the game server.

  2. Step 2:

Reload nothing: the page refreshes itself. What you see is the latest check, not the state when you opened it.

  3. Step 3:

If everything is green and something still fails for you, the cause is between you and us, usually DNS or a local network block.

  4. Step 4:

If something is red, it is already known here. Reports still help when the page says green and your experience says otherwise.

Frequently asked questions

Does this page cover my own FiveM server?

No. It covers the Agency services: shop, docs, support, and the sites behind the phone, pad, watch and companion. Your game server runs on your own machine, and a green board here says nothing about it.

A script of mine stopped working, is that an outage?

Almost never. The scripts run on your server and do not phone home to work. The exceptions are the parts that are online by design, the Companion app connection and the AI features, and those depend on the services listed here.

How current are the numbers?

They come from checks that run continuously, and the page picks up the latest result on its own while it is open. There is no manual step in between, which is the point: a status page someone has to update by hand is wrong exactly when it matters.

Where do I report a problem that is not listed here?

On help.agencyg.de, with the service and the time it happened. That is faster than the Discord for anything that needs a look at logs, because a ticket carries your account and the case history with it.
