AgencyMod: A Free Discord Bot for Moderation and Tickets

One Bot Instead of Ten

Most Discord servers run a handful of bots: one for moderation, one for tickets, one for logs, one for welcome messages and one for role buttons. AgencyMod is our free Discord bot that brings all of that into one place. It works for every server, not only for FiveM communities, although it has a few modules that roleplay servers will like in particular.

Everything is set up in a web dashboard, every feature can be switched on and off, and every change applies right away without a restart. Everything without AI is free. The AI features and your own bot branding come with Premium. AgencyMod is hosted on our servers in Germany and speaks 9 languages, English by default.

Getting Started

1. Add AgencyMod to your server. Discord asks which server it should join and shows the permissions.
2. Sign in to the dashboard at bot.agencyscripts.dev with your Discord account. You see every server you manage.
3. Switch on the modules you want, pick channels and roles and save. Or start the setup assistant, which guides you through the most important modules.

One tip that saves a lot of confusion: AgencyMod can only moderate members and hand out roles that are below its own highest role. In your server settings, drag the AgencyMod role above the roles it should manage.

Spam Protection That Reads Images

Scam images are the problem most filters miss, because the text is inside a picture. AgencyMod's spam protection reads the text inside images and stops scam images, advertising and job scams, together with filters for mentions, cross-channel spam and blocked words. Repeated offences turn into strikes.

New members can be checked with a real verification instead of a reaction: they type a code from an image, solve a small math task or pick the right code, with limits for attempts, minimum account age and a deadline.

Moderation, Tickets and Logs

• Moderation: warn, timeout, kick, ban and clean up, with automatic steps after several warnings.
• Tickets: a support panel with buttons. Every ticket is a private channel for the member and your team.
• Logs: deleted and edited messages, joins, leaves, bans, role changes and more.
• Welcome and roles: greet new members, give them roles automatically, and give their roles back when they rejoin.
• Button roles and rules: messages with buttons that give or remove roles, and your rules with an optional accept button.

Community Features

Beyond moderation, AgencyMod runs giveaways with a join button, a counting channel, application forms for whitelist or staff, a team list that updates itself and a changelog sorted by New, Changed, Fixed and Removed. It announces new videos and streams from YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok and more, follows game updates from Steam, Minecraft or FiveM, and posts GitHub activity.

Servers can also join the public AgencyMod server list with their own page, collect star reviews from members and bump themselves to the top.

Made for FiveM Servers Too

For roleplay communities there are modules that general bots do not have:

• FiveM status: a live status message with players, uptime and a connect button.
• Factions: a faction list that updates itself, plus hiring, promotions, a personnel list and duty times for faction Discords.
• Tebex: every purchase from your store in a channel, and buyers claim their roles with /claim.
• Agency-Anticheat: bans, kicks and lockdowns appear in Discord, detected cheaters are banned on Discord too, and you control the anticheat from Discord.
