Why We Started
Agency Scripts exists because we were running our own FiveM server and couldn't find scripts that met three criteria simultaneously: they looked good, they performed well, and they were maintained. Almost every script we tried ticked one or two of those boxes, never all three. So we started building our own.
The Premium Quality Commitment
Every Agency script goes through a visual polish pass before release. Every line of Lua is reviewed for performance regressions before merge. Every release tags a semver version and ships a changelog. This sounds obvious but it's vanishingly rare in FiveM where many scripts ship as single .lua files with no versioning, no docs, and no post-release commitment.
Pricing That Isn't Extractive
We price scripts to reflect what they cost to build and maintain, not whatever the market will bear. You'll notice we're mid-market — rarely the cheapest option, rarely the most expensive. That's deliberate. Race-to-the-bottom pricing produces throwaway scripts. Premium-only pricing gatekeeps small servers. Neither is healthy for the community.
What Subscriptions Really Pay For
When you buy Agency Business, you're not just paying for current scripts — you're funding the future ones. About 60% of subscription revenue goes back into development: new scripts, maintenance, support infrastructure. The rest keeps the business running. We want to be transparent about this because trust matters long-term.
Honest Support
Our Discord is actively monitored by the developers who wrote the scripts. When you open a ticket, you're talking to someone who knows the code. Response times are typically measured in hours, not days. If a bug is real, we fix it; if you're running into a config issue, we walk you through it; if something genuinely isn't possible, we tell you straight instead of stringing you along.
The Long Game
FiveM as a platform isn't going anywhere. Neither are we. We've been shipping Agency Scripts for years and we plan to be shipping them for many more. Every decision we make — pricing, script choice, support model — is evaluated against whether it makes sense over a decade, not whether it maximizes quarterly revenue. We'd rather build a long-term ecosystem than a short-term cash grab.
