1. Who we are

The Agency Companion mobile app ("the app") is provided by Agency Scripts ("we", "us"). The app is a companion for the in-game phone used on FiveM / GTA V roleplay game servers. It lets you view your in-game character's phone (messages, calls, photo gallery, wallet, notes and similar features) from your real phone after pairing.

2. The short version

• We do not show ads, and we do not use any analytics or third-party tracking.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
• The app handles your in-game roleplay data (fictional character data), not your real-world identity.
• The camera is used only to scan a pairing QR code, on your device.

3. What data the app processes

Pairing token

When you scan the QR code shown by your in-game phone, the app stores a randomly generated device token on your device. This token links the app to your character's phone on a specific game server. It does not contain your real name, email, or any real-world identity.

Camera

The camera permission is used solely to scan the pairing QR code. The image is processed on your device to read the code and is not stored and not transmitted to us or anyone else.

In-game content you choose to view

When you open a feature in the app, it requests the corresponding in-game data from your game server — for example your character's messages, call history, contacts, photo gallery, wallet balance or notes. This is fictional in-game roleplay content tied to your game character. It is shown to you and is not used for any other purpose.

Connection (relay) service

Requests are routed over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection through our relay service at api.agencyg.de (operated on Cloudflare), which forwards them to your game server and returns the answer. The relay validates your device token and passes messages through; it does not permanently store your in-game content.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, the app may periodically check for new in-game messages and show you a local notification on your device.

Local storage on your device

The device token and your app settings are stored locally on your device using the operating system's secure storage (encrypted). They are not uploaded to us.

4. Permissions we request

• Camera — to scan the pairing QR code.
• Internet / network — to connect to your game server through the relay.
• Notifications — optional, to alert you about new in-game messages.
• Vibration — optional, for haptic feedback.

5. Data sharing and third parties

We do not sell your data. Network traffic passes through Cloudflare, Inc., which provides the relay infrastructure and standard security/anti-abuse protection. Your game server is operated by the server you choose to pair with; the in-game data you view comes from and belongs to that server.

6. Data retention and deletion

You can unpair / log out in the app at any time, which revokes the device token. You can also remove the linked device from inside the in-game phone, or uninstall the app, which removes the locally stored data. To request any further deletion, contact us at the email above.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children and is intended for users who play on FiveM roleplay servers.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.

1. Wer wir sind

Die mobile App Agency Companion („die App") wird von Agency Scripts („wir", „uns") bereitgestellt. Die App ist eine Begleit-App für das In-Game-Handy auf FiveM-/GTA V-Roleplay-Servern. Nach dem Koppeln kannst du das Handy deines Spielcharakters (Nachrichten, Anrufe, Galerie, Wallet, Notizen und ähnliche Funktionen) von deinem echten Handy aus ansehen.

2. Kurzfassung

• Wir zeigen keine Werbung und nutzen keine Analyse- oder Drittanbieter-Tracking-Tools.
• Wir verkaufen deine Daten nicht und geben sie nicht zu Werbezwecken weiter.
• Die App verarbeitet deine In-Game-Roleplay-Daten (fiktive Charakterdaten), nicht deine reale Identität.
• Die Kamera wird ausschließlich zum Scannen eines Kopplungs-QR-Codes auf deinem Gerät genutzt.

3. Welche Daten die App verarbeitet

Kopplungs-Token

Wenn du den QR-Code deines In-Game-Handys scannst, speichert die App ein zufällig erzeugtes Geräte-Token auf deinem Gerät. Dieses Token verknüpft die App mit dem Handy deines Charakters auf einem bestimmten Spielserver. Es enthält weder deinen echten Namen noch E-Mail noch eine reale Identität.

Kamera

Die Kamera-Berechtigung dient ausschließlich dem Scannen des Kopplungs-QR-Codes. Das Bild wird auf deinem Gerät zum Auslesen des Codes verarbeitet und nicht gespeichert und nicht übertragen.

In-Game-Inhalte, die du ansiehst

Wenn du eine Funktion öffnest, ruft die App die entsprechenden In-Game-Daten von deinem Spielserver ab – z. B. Nachrichten, Anrufverlauf, Kontakte, Galerie, Kontostand oder Notizen deines Charakters. Das sind fiktive Roleplay-Inhalte, die zu deinem Spielcharakter gehören. Sie werden dir angezeigt und für nichts anderes verwendet.

Verbindungs-Dienst (Relay)

Anfragen laufen über eine verschlüsselte (HTTPS) Verbindung über unseren Relay-Dienst api.agencyg.de (betrieben über Cloudflare), der sie an deinen Spielserver weiterleitet und die Antwort zurückgibt. Das Relay prüft dein Geräte-Token und leitet Nachrichten durch; es speichert deine In-Game-Inhalte nicht dauerhaft.

Benachrichtigungen

Wenn du Benachrichtigungen aktivierst, kann die App regelmäßig auf neue In-Game-Nachrichten prüfen und dir eine lokale Benachrichtigung anzeigen.

Lokale Speicherung auf deinem Gerät

Das Geräte-Token und deine App-Einstellungen werden lokal über den sicheren (verschlüsselten) Speicher des Betriebssystems auf deinem Gerät abgelegt und nicht zu uns hochgeladen.

4. Berechtigungen

• Kamera – zum Scannen des Kopplungs-QR-Codes.
• Internet / Netzwerk – zur Verbindung mit deinem Spielserver über das Relay.
• Benachrichtigungen – optional, für Hinweise auf neue In-Game-Nachrichten.
• Vibration – optional, für haptisches Feedback.

5. Weitergabe an Dritte

Wir verkaufen deine Daten nicht. Der Netzwerkverkehr läuft über Cloudflare, Inc., das die Relay-Infrastruktur sowie üblichen Sicherheits-/Missbrauchsschutz bereitstellt. Dein Spielserver wird vom jeweils gekoppelten Server betrieben; die angezeigten In-Game-Daten stammen von diesem Server und gehören ihm.

6. Speicherdauer und Löschung

Du kannst die Kopplung jederzeit in der App aufheben / dich abmelden, wodurch das Geräte-Token ungültig wird. Du kannst das verknüpfte Gerät auch direkt im In-Game-Handy entfernen oder die App deinstallieren – damit werden die lokal gespeicherten Daten entfernt. 7. Kinder

Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder und ist für Nutzer gedacht, die auf FiveM-Roleplay-Servern spielen.

8. Änderungen

Wir können diese Erklärung gelegentlich aktualisieren. Das Datum „zuletzt aktualisiert" oben zeigt die jeweils aktuelle Fassung.
